What we collect
When you contact NexaAds, we may collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, service interest, budget range, timeline and project requirements.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand a prospective project, provide requested services and improve our website and client experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Enquiry delivery
Website enquiries are securely forwarded through our form provider to the NexaAds team. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other highly sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
Analytics and links
We may use standard website analytics to understand aggregate visits and improve site performance. Our site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Optional notifications
If you enable browser or Android notifications, Firebase processes a device registration identifier to deliver NexaAds growth updates. Browser subscription records include the registration token, platform and update time; they are separate from enquiry details. You can turn notifications off using the website or app preferences or your device settings. Delivery is provided through Google Firebase.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.

Request deletion of your NexaAds data
Email itspromarketer@gmail.com with the subject “NexaAds data deletion request”, using the email address you used for your enquiry. Tell us whether you want your enquiry details, notification subscription, or both deleted. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
Enquiry details include your name, email, company, goals and selected budget. Turning off notifications in website or app preferences removes the active messaging registration. Data needed for legal obligations or an ongoing service may be retained for that purpose; we will explain any applicable retention when responding. Firebase may retain installation-related backup data for up to 180 days after an installation identifier is deleted.
